If it is used by default that is fine, so long as they have a quick and easy way to remove it. Correct, this template should be an option the user can decide to use or not. Hi Ice, Thank you for your quick response! Yes, I need to have a template available for my users when they create a new Meeting Request. In the To box, enter the names of people or resources to include for the meeting. To send the invitation from an account that isn't your default account, click an account on the From pop-up menu. Then, to convert the appointment to a meeting, on the Appointment tab, click Invite. What approach would be best for this request and do you have an resources/examples? Thanks in advance! I do have programming experience in VB.Net anc C# so I'm hoping I have at least one option. I haven't done much with Outlook programming so any help would be appreciated. I've explored creating a custom form, templates, add-in's in C#. My users want a template to appear when creating a new meeting request, however they need to somehow be prompted if they want to use it or not (they only want to use the template when the meetings are within their own department).
